Renée Gaddis has been recognized as one of the leading interior designers in Naples, Florida for more than a decade. She works with clients nationally, and her work has been featured in national publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Architectural Digest. Renée collaborates with top architects, builders and homeowners to deliver thoughtful, highly personalized interiors. An avid traveler, she draws inspiration from global trends in texture, color and design. She is also a dedicated advocate for children with heart disease, leading annual fundraising efforts for local and national organizations.  

Originally from the Boston area, Amanda McKenzie studied Business and Marketing at Merrimack College. She began her career in agency staffing, specializing in creative and marketing recruitment, before transitioning to an in-house role with a biotech startup. After relocating to Naples, she joined Renée Gaddis Interiors, where she oversees operations, branding, marketing and social media. Amanda combines business expertise, organizational leadership and creative thinking to support the firm’s growth and elevate the brand. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, beach days, exploring new local spots and spending time with friends.  

With more than 14 years at Renée Gaddis Interiors, Cindy Bushnell plays a vital role in keeping projects organized, efficient and on schedule. She oversees purchasing and procurement while supporting account management and project coordination. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Cindy brings structure and precision to every phase of the design process. Her thoughtful approach helps ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to completion, creating the polished and personalized experience clients have come to expect from Renée Gaddis Interiors.  

Berkley Gaddis brings a background in finance and entrepreneurship to her role as Accounting Coordinator at Renée Gaddis Interiors. A graduate of Iowa State University, she supports the firm’s financial and administrative operations with a detail-oriented and organized approach. Growing up around the design industry fostered a lifelong appreciation for interiors and the creative process. Berkley combines analytical thinking with strong organizational skills to help ensure the business operates smoothly while supporting the team’s commitment to exceptional client service. 

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Isabella Burnham has always had a passion for art and creativity. Inspired by a family background in construction and real estate, she pursued interior design to blend her artistic interests with practical problem-solving. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and enjoys creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. She is passionate about thoughtful design that reflects each client’s lifestyle and vision. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach and making the most of the Florida sunshine.  

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Jacqui Lawler developed an early appreciation for design through her exposure to real estate, construction and architecture. She joined Renée Gaddis Interiors in 2024 and has contributed to a variety of projects, including custom new construction homes and condominium renovations. Jacqui enjoys discovering the unique character of each space and collaborating with the team to create interiors that feel both fresh and tailored to each client. Her passion for design and attention to detail help bring every project to life.  

Originally from Jamaica and now a longtime Naples resident, Shantana McKenzie draws inspiration from the architecture, culture and natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Her passion for art, design and architecture began at an early age and continues to shape her creative approach. With associate degrees in Graphic Design and Architecture & Construction, she combines technical knowledge with artistic vision to support the design process. Shantana enjoys helping bring interior spaces to life while continuing to explore new ideas and experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, traveling and spending time with family and friends. 

Madeline Kline brings a fresh perspective, thoughtful attention to detail, and a strong foundation in interior design to the Renée Gaddis Interiors team. A graduate of High Point University with a degree in Interior Design, Madeline combines her creative eye with a highly organized approach to help guide projects seamlessly from concept through completion. In her role, she supports the design team through project coordination, vendor and contractor communication, material and sample organization, scheduling, and documentation. Her appreciation for beautiful, functional spaces and commitment to the details behind every project make her an integral part of delivering the elevated, personalized interiors that define Renée Gaddis Interiors.

Originally from the East Coast, Brooklyn earned her Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design before moving to Málaga, Spain, to pursue her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture at Marbella Design Academy. Her education across both disciplines has shaped her appreciation for intentional design, thoughtful spaces, and the balance between beauty and functionality.

Inspired by travel and her love of design, Brooklyn is drawn to layered textures, mixed materials, unexpected color, and playful details that bring depth and personality to a space. She believes a well-designed interior should feel personal and intentional, reflecting the people who live in it. Brooklyn enjoys contributing to the creative process and helping translate each client’s vision into a space that feels both beautiful and uniquely their own.
